Farmers Market is one of the leading and well-known markets in the Philippines that was built 30 years ago. It is approximately 3,000-4,000 square meters covered area or even more. It has a wide range of goods from dry to wet. Most vendors come from middle class and cater the best products our country has. They sell them for very competitive prices to a variety of consumers.

It is very accesible to everyone since a lot of routes and transportations are available like the MRT, jeepneys, buses and taxis. It is located across the Araneta Coliseum and adjacent to the Cubao MRT station. The market is organized that makes it more convenient to shop. It is divided into two, the upper and the lower levels. The upper level has the fruits, vegetables and flowers sections while the lower has the meat and seafood areas.

Now, it has the so called “Dampa” which is like a food court. A lot of stalls offer to cook whatever the customers bought in the market like meats and seafoods. Usually, they cost 200 per kilo. There is also a live band every night to delight the customers dining in at the Dampa.

It is indeed a great shopping experience with hundreds of stalls to choose from. Come and see for yourself!
