Cry of Pugad Lawin
Cry of Pugad Lawin was also referred as Cry of Balintawak, a historical event of struggle for Philippine Revolution. On August 23, 1986 Andres Bonifacio and 1,000 Katipunero went here to discuss their insurgency against government Spaniards. As proof, they shred their cedulas that was a sign of bondage of the Filipino. This is the first ever cry of oppressed people against the people of Spain by using weapons.
